--Cosmetic Products Notification Portal 歐盟化妝品通報(bào)
Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is a online notification system created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. When a product has been notified in the CPNP there is no need for any further notification at national level in the European Union.
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (Article 13) requires that the responsible persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic products submit through the CPNP some information about the products they place or make available on the European market.

根據(jù)法規(guī)（EC）No 1223/2009在13條, 有關(guān)化妝產(chǎn)品的資料,均需要于CPNP網(wǎng)上通報(bào)系統(tǒng)通報(bào)。
1.由2013年7月11日開(kāi)始, 化妝產(chǎn)品均需強(qiáng)制通過(guò)CPNP通報(bào)
2.此規(guī)定亦適用于在化妝品指令76/768/EEC下于單一會(huì)員國(guó)被通報(bào)過(guò)的產(chǎn)品
3.成功通報(bào)并不等同于有關(guān)產(chǎn)品可滿足所有其他（EC）No 1223/2009法規(guī)的要求
4.產(chǎn)品應(yīng)由負(fù)責(zé)人并在特定情況下由有關(guān)分銷商通報(bào)
5.該負(fù)責(zé)人或分銷商需及時(shí)提供所需的更新資料
6.負(fù)責(zé)人可將產(chǎn)品通報(bào)委派給其他相關(guān)單位, 例如其制造商, 顧問(wèn)或認(rèn)可檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)
7.需要注冊(cè)才能進(jìn)行CPNP通報(bào)
一些已輸入資料將會(huì)以電子方式提供予所有有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu), 僅用于市場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)，市場(chǎng)分析，評(píng)估和消費(fèi)者信息。
